Drought Resilient Communities Campaign
The Drought Resilient Communities Campaign for the Central and Southern CA coastal regions is an effort to catalyze accelerated drought response for immediate home landscape transformation that will save millions of gallons of water while increasing drought awareness, environmental resilience, habitat value, and community health.
The campaign is created in collaboration with Accelerate Resilience Los Angeles.
A microclimate is the local climate difference of a small area that can offer different growing conditions. The conditions of microclimates are determined by exposure to heat, light, water, & wind.
