Partnership Agreement
The simple measures you choose to implement at home can help you and your community enhance water supply reliability, water quality, fire-resilience, reduce flooding, reduce heat stress, enhance habitat, and more.
The Land Resilience Partnership (“LRP”) is a voluntary, non-regulatory incentive program which connects land stewards with technical experts to enhance properties, build community resilience, and contribute to a healthier watershed. The LRP program provides professional guidance in site assessment, project design, technical assistance, and construction oversight and direct install to maximize benefits and water savings to your site.
The Partnership Agreement establishes a common understanding between the CLIENT and LRP Representative. This Partnership Agreement streamlines documenting key decision points under one agreement. These decision points include:
1. Signing Partnership Agreement (includes, not limited to: right of access, current funding assistance terms, photo release)
2. Agree to landscape design elements;
3. Approve final landscape design;
4. Approve installation schedule and details.
Signing does not commit you to any payment outside of available funding in your region. Signing the Partnership Agreement allows us to begin making available funding accessible to you, and helps us show our grantors and partners that you are interested in future funding, with the intent to install some of these recommendations should additional funding or services become available in your region.
